• Pressed Roots exceeded my expectations. Amber is phenomenal! She was so knowledgeable and professional when it came to my hair. As a person with 4C hair, I am often ridiculed and left feeling embarrassed after leaving salons. I really appreciated Amber's kindness. All of the stylists were so nice and the energy of the salon was top tier. The receptionist was so patient! She went the extra mile to help me correctly book my appointment all while having a positive demeanor. She listened to my concerns and set me up with the perfect stylist. I appreciate her discernment. I will definitely be back.

• Week the young beauty that was expecting did a marvelous job(10) , the other beauty did a good job but I FYI my feel that if this Twins hair had be trimmed a little deeper like her sister then her ends would not have been so hard and knotted(8). Otherwise Twinks "feel the experience was fantastic, good, fun, not as bad as they thought". Don't be stressed get Pressed. MRS. F

• The customer service was great not just with my appointment, but I watched how all of the staff interacted with each client. The place passed the vibe check, it was so cute. I loved the detail put into the design. Lastly, Z was amazing, thorough and informative. She was training so I was listening to her notes but she was also giving me tips on my hair and based on her experience. I am definitely coming back, glad there is a location in Plano now!

• I think it would be a nice extra and a great branding opportunity for the company to offer to take a quality pic of the client and text to the client. I bet plenty of ladies will post the pic and you could even brand the pic w the Pressed Roots logo leading to more clients. You can thank me later :)!
