• A couple of the ladies at the front desk were speaking poorly about a customer, and airing grievances about customer preferences vs what they'd prefer. It distracted from the upbeat atmosphere of the place.

• Pros: Appt was on time!!! Excellent result. Cons: Dryer was cold and wash girl didn't come back to check on me. Finally asked someone else for assistance. Would appreciate a drape for the entire blow out process and not just the trim.

• I love the opportunity to be surrounded by women who look like me and can relate to my hair texture. It doesn’t matter who presses my hair it’s always dynamic. The only thing I wish were different is that my hair last longer. This last appointment I added a steam treatment to help moisture and it’s holding up much better.
