• Really great massage with a lot of care and attention to the areas that needed it. Very communicative and made sure I was comfortable the whole time but also explained what he was doing and why and what the underlying causes of my different areas of pain or discomfort were. He also gave me a list of stretches and exercises to do when I left along with a resistance band so that I could work on preventing and correcting some of these issues at home
