This work out place is everything you want and need under one roof and the instructors are fabulous.

The only reason anyone would leave a class feeling like they didn't get a good workout in would because they themselves did not put in the effort. The knowledgable instructors are all wonderful, albeit diabolical, and encourage us to both challenge ourselves and to work at our level to avoid injury. We don't feel judged; the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, which keeps us coming back for more.
