I think there's a bit of an atmosphere of the psychological and emotional advantage of previous experience. The class I attended (pilates/yoga @10:15 a.m. on 4/25) was not introductory, nor really intermediate level. While I enjoyed it and plan to benefit from it, it would be great to have class offerings in which the skill level of most students and the instruction was not quite so intimidating. I have learned that the Mind Body paradigm embraces Mindfulness-- compassion and acceptance for everyone (including every skill level and body type) within a holistic healing environment. I'm not sure I quite got that feeling watching the reactions of people with less than ideal physical fitness as they emerged from previous classes, and the class I attended. I did however, really enjoy my first experience. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Thank you!
