The instructor was clear and well-spoken. She was pleasant in general, and we loved the combination of the yoga and the sound bath. The only thing I could have added was a simple standing pose flow or two before the sound bath. But I would definitely take this again, as the beginning yoga/warm up was one of the best instruction I’ve received!
