I wasn't supposed to stay for the full class , it was so relaxing I didn't even noticed the time ,ended up staying the whole hour

As a yoga teacher of many years, I truly appreciate having Power Yoga Palm Springs as a wonderful place to practice. No matter who is teaching, I can always count on a consistently great class. Each instructor brings their own unique style, yet the level of care, intention, and professionalism is always outstanding. I love the creative sequencing, the attention given to breath, and the various alternative postures offered to support all levels. The studio itself is beautiful, withhardwood floors and a peaceful view of the mountains. And on especially lucky days, you might even spot bighorn sheep.
