challenging class, clean mats and great teacher

Katie is such a great teacher. She reads her audience, she's thoughtful. I'm in my 60's and she's mindful to include wrist stretches (harder for us women as we age in yoga.) So many classes I do what I can. In hers I can do most all of it. It's appreciated.

Carl, the instructor, made the class both fun and challenging. His sense of humor was an added bonus. I was visiting from out of town. Will definitely do again on my next visit!
