It was one of the best classes I've taken. The instructor was so attentive and great with explaining each movement.

Excellent instructor, great equipment & very clean & well designed facility.
Andi worked very hard to accommodate my back problem yet still give me a good workout that will help me improve my strength and flexibility. I was sore the next day but not unbearably so. I'm in physical therapy and feel Pilates is an excellent compliment.
