I like the instructor, the equipment and location. Everything was clean. I'm planning to buy a package when I return next month from two trips I must take so I'll be back the end of next month.
Michelle is a good teacher, and the studio is beautiful and spotless.
The stretching is great and makes me feel flexible and energized. Wonderful way to spend an hour!
