Ashley was very instructive and educational as a beginner. She also understood some of my limitations from previous injuries and was able to modify accordingly. I felt so comfortable the entire time which was a concern of mine and I can't wait to come back!

Facility was so clean. Great equipment and excellent trainer. Workouts were awesome and varied each time. The owner is on site and very involved. I loved it. I tried other studios. PosturFIT is the best
