Ashley showed me the ropes at her lovely Pilates studio and paid close attention to my individual medical limitations,. She suggested a a custom fit proposal for the schedule that might work for me.

The instructors are amazing- all very knowledgeable and passionate. I've enjoyed every class I've taken and also noticed a benefit - especially in my posture and in muscles that aren't normally worked in other forms of exercise
