It was my first ever Reformers class on Friday. I had always done my own mat pilates at home, but wanted to challenge myself and build my strength with a class. William was the instructor and he was so kind and welcoming. He showed me how to use the equipment properly and made sure I was ok during each new move. The atmosphere was so nice and everyone was so kind and helpful. I have already recommended it to my friends and I can't wait for my next class!
