  • I’ve had some really brilliant classes with Camilla Calixto and Kate Costello I’d recommend classes with them to anyone! Brilliant communicators and I always leave with my head and body in a better place. And lately I had classes for first time with Eleanor Byrne and Lorna O’Brien and they were both excellent too- they were so encouraging and were really aware of each person in the room and what they were doing/what tweaks were needed.
