Katie was excellent and I really enjoyed her class. First time I met her but hope she will be back to do more classes.
I love Helen,s classes , she’s a brilliant teacher .
I always enjoy Ellie’s classes. Clear instructions, I could go to level 2 class’s but the level 1 time suits me, even so she structures it so it isn’t like a beginners class. Ellie changes up the exercises regularly and you can definitely feel strength developing.
