Instructor was really welcoming and took me through a refresh on how to use the reformer. The class was pitched at just the right level and the studio is well laid out. It was also just lovely to be back on the reformer after a 4 year hiatus!!
Great class - easing everyone back in so no injuries. Safe and clean.
