Very attentive instructor, very clear on what I needed to do and really took time to explain the moves! I’ll be back!
Enjoyed the class and everything was well covered within the COVID protocols. Maybe consider a rack for shoes and something to hang up coats, I think it would make the reception area look much tidier and fit in with the nice reception area decor.

The classes are nice and spaced out and with everyone wearing masks it feels like a safe way to work out. Helen is always very encouraging and makes each pilates class feel fun and achievable while still making sure we get a good workout.
The teacher, class and studio were fabulous! Only took one point off as iv been to a few studios recently and it’s the only one that makes u wear a mask throughout the class.
