The teachers are fantastic, there is no shame going at your own pace or adjusting the machine. Love it and feel very comfortable and safe. Lovely studio very clean and close by.

Love being able to do pilates still while pregnant however, pregnancy makes you so tired more am options would be great like a Sunday 9 or 10 am??
