I love the Precision class with Helen and always feel challenged when they’re and rewarding when finished. NOTE: the 2 flashing lights in the Studio upstairs in Clonskeagh are extremely distracting and I had got a headache after the class on Monday that lasted into Tuesday afternoon and had to take a couple of tablets to get rid of it..
