I’d recommend Kate Costelloe’s classes in particular. She’s an incredible communicator and gets you straight into the class, successful tuning us in to the subtly of some of the movements. Most importantly she has a really warm presence that makes you feel totally secure, which enables you to shed any embarrassment about your level of ability. Her PP classes are a benefit to the body and mind!
