• The instructor is excellent. She gives clear guidance and demonstrates how each exercise should be done and adapts to suit individual needs. Also monitors how we’re doing and gently corrects posture etc. Facility is also good so all makes for a very positive experience.

• Nikki is unreal. So good. She pushes you which is brilliant to try that little bit harder beyond what you think your capable of. On a separate note I love the 6.30am slot. Would love more options in Clonskeagh and Stillorgan, even Honeypark for the same time on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays also. I would attend that time slot everyday if it was available
