The Location is great. The place is beautiful, clean, the ambiance is perfect, decoration and the music too. The instructor Bobby, she knew it was my first time in a long time and she was very graceful and understanding. She always gave us options for the exercises so it would be easier on our bodies and encouraged us constantly throughout the class. The owner and staff are incredible and you wouldn't find that core anywhere else!
