I loved the atmosphere and the people there. The instructor was motivating and they use non toxic cleaning products for the mats and other equipment!!

It was a small class size and a great use of the 50 minutes. Still feeling it today and am confident I got a good workout. The instructor was great and knowledgeable and the studio was very visually appealing
