I have social anxiety that makes me physically ill and she joked with me and complimented me and said all the things to make me feel like I'd been her client forever. I hadn't had my hair cut at a salon in years for a fear of a botched hair cut and she killed it! I have extremely long, thick hair and she knew exactly what to do! I will be back!
