• The online scheduling process was easy to navigate & allowed me to add comments & request consultation ahead of my scheduled services. I encountered only friendly & approachable staff members from beginning to end. They complimented one another's finished products. They sought out each other's coaching & were receptive & complimentary. As a result I enjoyed the entire experience, feeling comfortable & among friends. My stylist was honest about the actual services that would serve me best regardless of whether or not it subtracted from or added to the final costs. She allowed me to make the final decision & didn't make any assumptions. I appreciated Mette's up selling on the services that would compliment the look she immediately understood I wanted & I appreciated her recommendations & adjustments to the services I initially reserved as I wasn't completely sure which service would get me to the look I was envisioning. Mette asked the right questions & listened. She offered her professional opinion & guided me to the best end product I've ever worn out of a hair salon & I'm 55 years old lol. The relaxing waxing session, (I know, right!!? But yes! Mette provided a relaxing waxing!!), the perfect brow tinting & the excellent make up application were all icing on the cake!! I went to Jeff Ruby's with my husband celebrating my birthday feeling like the most beautiful lady in the room.
