Amy is a fantastic and knowledgeable teacher!! She uses humor to get through the tough parts. And constantly encourages and pushes each student to persevere. I always feel happy and "worked out" following her class!
Great instructors
I love everything about Pilate-ology! Every single instructor is amazing, equipment is new and clean, windows to the outside make it pleasant. It's an overall great experience (especially when you're working out early in the morning).
