I felt the instructor was clear and concise in her instructions and demonstrated the positions very well.

You guys are the best. I was apart of this studio from 2011-2013 and then I moved. I miss it so much. This unfortunate life experience gave me the opportunity to see these lovely ladies again. I took me a long time to find a place I like as much as yours because they were big shoes to fill. Pilate Ology will always be my favorite and in my heart!
