• After having horrible experiences at a competitor kids' hair salon, we couldn't be happier with our last two experiences at Pigtails and Crewcuts! The staff is incredible, work quickly (even with a nervous kiddo), and actually listen to what I am looking for as a mom. The store is calm and not overwhelming like at competitor places - making it an easier transition for kids who are nervous about getting their haircut. I love the punchcard they offer as well! We'll be back :)

• We came at a quiet time so the stylist could take her time with our 4 year old who hates haircuts (sensory issues). Each time it gets better..the last haircut was done with NO tantrums!! Great caring staff!!
