• We were so impressed with the service and quality of haircut both our son and daughter received from Nicole. We love that the environment is fun and welcoming but not over the top. This was our first visit after going to a competitor for our kids first haircuts. We were on sensory overload at the competitor. We will return to Pigtails & Crewcuts. So happy to have found them!

• Everyone at the Mount Prospect location is very friendly and great with kids. They did a beautiful job on young daughter's graduated bob. Great place forup-do's for dance as well.

• Meika was great , My 4yr old is terrified of haircuts and he has sensory issues, I took him to great clips and he cried a lot everyone stared at us and wantedus gonne , Meika was nice and so patient with us , we felt like home, No one was juging and we loves the new haircut

• Our son has sensory issues that make him extremely uneasy around loud noises (blow dryers, clippers, etc.). From our very first appointment, Mika was flexible to providing an environment that make our son comfortable (i.e. sitting in my lap, starting with scissors-only, taking a quiet, laid-back approach). Each appointment has been easier and easier for him to the point where he can sit in the regular chair, have his hair trimmed with clippers and have a normal experience. He even calls Mika his "great friend" now. Oh, and the cuts/styles are great too! :)
