• Deirdre has a challenging but doable class - it's a practice. Format is usually a little different from other classes so it challenges the brain. Sometimes uses basic poses to build up to a more complicated/optional pose . The flow is very easy to follow with her clear instructions. Just a nice instructor and a fun class.
