• I felt so welcomed and I truly loved Jim's class! He included some interesting tips and tricks for practicing poses in new ways by including props and the wall that I haven't done before. I really liked the flow of poses and I appreciated that he encouraged me to take the poses to a more advanced level when he noticed I could increase intensity. (I am a certified instructor myself) He was very kind and because I am such an empath his warm energy made me feel very comfortable. I also totally grooved on his playlist :) I look forward to practicing with Jim again as well as meeting the other instructors at Pheonix.
