• The instructor is really great, has a great sense of humor and helps explain the yoga positions and is very understandable. Very personable instructor, and I really enjoy having Jim guide me to a good stretch and I highly recommend this studio to anyone, it is a small family business with years of experience, not a corporate yoga studio.

• Colleen was immediately warm and welcoming. She took the time to learn my name and ask if there was anything she should know about my practice. It was the perfect all levels class. Approachable with opportunities for challenge. One of the only yoga classes in Cleveland that includes yoga philosophy/messaging in class. Remarkably strong breath among the other students in class too. Great job!
