• I have never done yoga before in my life and I am 60 yrs old. I came with my daughter and I felt it was relaxing breathing and mind was clear. Felt good to stretch my body. I really enjoyed the teacher of the class. In fact I will be joining again.

• First visit back to Phoenix Yoga since Covid hit. I forgot how much i love it there. Jim is always amazing with the stretch and restore class. Music, instruction, very relaxing class. I will be trying out the other instructors as well. Could not recommend this studio enough.

• Colleen Kane is an excellent instructor. I used to take her class when the studio was owned by Krysia. Every class is very good and always different. I like her style of teaching.
