The appointment reminder was appreciated as it is peace of mind that I had the appointment right. The reception area was nice and calming and the massage was so comfortable and relaxing at the same time. I felt lots of tension and aches and pains drift away. The massage was a blessing for the soul and I had the best nights sleep afterwards
