I had a massage on 6/06 at 13:00 at Phoenix Health and Wellbeing. The massage was performed by Ali. Overall, my experience was very positive. The atmosphere in the centre is calm and relaxing, which helps you immediately unwind and get into a comfortable state for the treatment. The massage itself was high quality, with good pressure and effective muscle work, but without causing discomfort. Ali was attentive to my preferences and adjusted the intensity when needed. After the session, I felt noticeable relief and a significant reduction in muscle tension. The service was professional and well-organised from start to finish. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good-quality massage in a peaceful environment for relaxation and recovery.
