Everyone is lovely as soon as you walk in the door your made welcome. The place itself is so calming and quit it's beautiful. My counsellor is amazing she's listened to me through what's been a really tough time. I have recommended phonix to a few people and they are seeing councillors and are feeling and getting better. I'm feeling a lot better and it's all thanks to the amazing councillor .

I feel like a far better person now, have some believe in myself and coping skills to move on. From arriving I felt at ease, the receptionist was lovely - everyone is friendly and my therapist has been amazing - I should have done this a long time ago!

I was very anxious about coming for the 1st time, however I was met by a lovely friendly lady on reception who put me at ease straight away. Then the massage I had was absolutely wonderful, and I left feeling like a huge weight had been lifted. Thank you so very much.
