• Liz is both straight-forward and encouraging. I really appreciate her up-front, direct attitude toward hair loss! She gave me a lot of ideas for what I can be doing to help my situation and her positivity really helped my thinking. Dani is just lovely. She is so warm and caring through the whole treatment process. While Dani was shampooing my hair, Stephen was out there, getting the dryer, hair towels and brushes, etc. together to help out the process. The women at the reception are also so friendly. Overall, my experience with PK is always like this: positive and uplifting!
