• Overall great. Great class and instructor. Very welcoming environment. Not a 10 as sometimes the equipment can be a bit challenged - too close together so full extension not possible - or gunk on one of the reformers, etc. Everybody makes the best of it however and the instructor always addresses the issue as much as possible

• Lauren was really knowledgeable, she even allowed me to join 5 mins late, which I never do! It was my first visit and I was coming from across town so it meant a lot to me to be able to join. The studio is nice and i liked the small group size with more personalized instruction. Parking was also easy! Huge plus in Denver. Definitely recommend!
