• I enjoyed the studio, clean, inviting. Thoughtful workout and hands on for extra attention when needed. As an experienced Pilates person, I felt comfortable with the pace and level of workout. Instructor was great.

• This particular class was as canceled due to snow, but I love PH7 and attend Jennifer's class every Tuesday morning. She is so kind, upbeat, knowledgeable and supportive.
