My first time here--I love the vibes and the wonderful instruction Misty gave. She makes me feel that if I follow my yoga bliss I will improve my health--something I really want to do.

Great, empathetic instructors. Low pressure environment that seems to focus on fitness and wellbeing vs. being a perfect yoga student. I really appreciate the 6:30 am class. I love being able to start my day feeling well.

The studio space is beautiful w/good energy and is conducive to getting to that centered, grounded space on your way to connecting w/spirit thru your practice. Dhanashree was lovely--she gave clear instructions and was attentive to her students.
You guys are my favorite yoga studio away from home! Love your location love your studio love everything about it. And your classes and instructors are fantastic. Your intermediate flow I wish you would come to Orlando I love that class
