Loved the aerial yoga - it was so fun and I loved the vibe in the studio. Great mix of friendly faces and chill music.
Instructor Crank was very patient, informational, and inviting. The experience was calming. Will definitely be back!

It was a great experience
I appreciate how well informed the instructors are and how mindful they are of their students. Nothing is rushed but the classes are appropriately challenging. The vibe is very inclusive, not intimidating for beginners or new students. The studio is very well kept and offers everything you need like mats, props, straps and bolsters. People's yoga isn't just a studio space it's a sanctuary!

Misty is such an amazing teacher. It becomes a personal lesson even when the class is full. Studio is clean, variety of classes and a safe place to learn and develop a practice.
