The instructor is always kind, and welcoming. She takes it slow so people with different skill levels don't feel left out or rushed. I love that she provides the option to follow along during the class but also gives the option to do what you please.

I've always had a good experience and the teachers are friendly but not overbearing. I also appreciate that there are always multiple people in each class so there is room to be part of a group and not feel too conspicuous.
