After needing to be away from class for several weeks, it is so good to be back! I feel stronger already. My classes seem like the perfect combination of nurturing yet challenging.

This was my first Yoga class! The instructor made me feel welcomed and relaxed! There was no pressure, her voice was calming and instructions were easy to understand.
