Instructor was wonderful clean and comfortable space.
The studio was clean, the ambiance was relaxing, the instructor was kind and helpful, the class was fun 😊
People’s yoga is more than moving and breathing. It feels like a fantastic hug where you are welcomed and appreciated just as you are. Such healing community.
