Misty's classes are challenging, but I always feel good when I'm done.
I environmental was very nurturing. The pace was good for me. Everyone seemed really nice. I enjoyed the teacher and the readings she chose.
I always get an amazing work out at people's yoga!!!

People's yoga is very amazing! I've been looking for a new studio and as soon as I walked in I knew I'd love it here. I definitely will be becoming a regular. The instructors were so nice and bubbly and welcoming. The techniques were great. The studio is beautiful and so aesthetically pleasing. And it is such a plus that this place is adorable. I cannot wait to try the different classes.
