The class I participated in today was taught well and I enjoyed the practice and felt great after it!
Misty embodies and verbalizes the yoga philosophy helping all to feel accepted and welcomed in class. I walked in with someone newer to yoga who said he always feels a bit anxious before class and I told him I do too. But we both agreed that once the class begins we know all will be okay. I need/want yoga for learning this love of self as well as for the immense physical (and calming) benefits.
The aerial class was lot of fun, very approachable and Moon was great at explaining everything.

I can get excellent classes here on multiple levels. Instructions are very specific which I like because I take the classes from home.
The class was just right, and the he teacher explained everything very well. It was just what I needed!
