People's Yoga is all inclusive and provides a welcoming community. The sessions are as challenging or restorative as I need them to be. The instructors are patient and helpful guides, cheering on every participant.

It was a wonderful community event. Misty is super knowledgeable without being intimidating. The studio is laid back and comfortable. I attended the intermediate flow on Saturday. I am used to hot vinyasa, however, this class was fun challenging, and different. I broke a sweat and learned some new poses and tips!!
The classes are always great and teachers knowledgeable, wonderful and personable. What's there not to love?
