• The staff was super sweet and very accommodating. I was 15 minutes late for my appt because of parking and traffic. I called to let them know and i am a new mom and had my baby with me and already paid for a babysitter to meet me in their lobby. After having a complete meltdown and crying in a parking garage Kim the front desk lady helped me with my stroller and they arranged to still get me in. I was super impressed by their understanding and willingness to help a new mom out. Rated a 9 just because parking is AWFUL!

• Got a sugaring Brazilian for the first time ever and as painful as I know waxing can be my technician made me feel very comfortable and explained the process before we started. All the perks of an upscale hotel spa with great experts on hand
