• I’ve been coming to Penelope for over 4 years now. I’ve always gone to Sonja for waxing and she is the best out there! She is very fast and efficient. She is extremely kind and truly care about her clients. I’ve gotten a few other services here: massage, facial, manicure and going in the Jade infrared pod. The front desk staff are always so courteous and pleasant. Lastly, the whole spa ambience is spectacular. I feel so relaxed the moment I walk in the door. Highly recommend this place!

• This is by far the best day spa in Seattle. It is clean, beautiful, and so relaxing. The staff is very friendly (but not chatty). I recommend Elizabeth and Daisy for waxing/sugaring.

• I had an 80 minute massage with Ashley, she was fantastic! I left very relaxed and she gave me some stretching pointers. The aromatherapy was amazing too--I chose lavender. I'd recommend their massage if you're looking for a very relaxing experience that isn't too intense when it comes to pressure. It was just what I was looking for.
