• Wonderful customer service at the Spa. I came in inquiring about BR, a product line I discovered online, and the staff at the front desk was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They asked me about my skin concerns, current routine, advised some products and also gave me a handful of samples prior to committing. I appreciated their approach and helpfulness. I did not feel pressured to purchase anything without ensuring it was best for my skin. I work at Nordstrom and the level of care, and service I received at the Beauty Bar far exceeded my expectations and service anywhere else. I was so grateful for their time, patience and helpfulness. I believe the staff member that helped me was Jen. I scheduled a facial for the following week and was serviced by Angelina! What magic. I can’t wait to go back to the Beauty Bar!

• My favorite spot in the city. Everything is perfect from the Decour to the people at the front desk and most of all the fabulous aestheticians and massage therapist there . They have the most exclusive and best product lines at the spa and I would never think of going anywhere else in Seattle. I traveled all over the world and experience many spas!
