• I have been very satisfied with my experience at Penelope. I have tried many many many other businesses around Seattle but I finally feel like I have found my "regular" place. I get my monthly facial and occasional body wrap and jade pod visits; it's just what a busy and exhausted working mom needs to take care of herself. All staff are friendly, courteous and accommodating from reception, common area attendants and estheticians.

• We checked in for our 28th anniversary for a beautiful spa day. The service we received and the friends made was beyond what we imagined. Tia was a true professional for my massage. I will return for more 'Tia Time". My nails and my husbands were expertly fashioned per your crack team. The ambiance in the quiet room was awesome as we experienced top notch champagne, exceptional teas and the fun of meting others. My hair was beyond expertly fashioned by my host from your pros in the styling arena. This was a true boost to our highly anticipated romantic weekend. What can I say other than we left fully relaxed, primped and ready for the next level of good things to come!

• I cannot say how much I adore the staff at this spa. Nicole always goes above and beyond to personalize my experience, make me feel so comfortable and appreciated as a guest. I had several items done on this visit: dry brushing, heat wrap, facial and infrared pod session. Donna was so knowledgeable and inviting during my wrap session and facial. I was pleasantly surprised to have both done during the same session. I love how Donna explained each procedure before, checked in during and wrapped back around at the end to allow her expertise to shine. If you are looking to find an experience that will welcome you back even after you have left the spa because of its staff, ambience and experiences. This is your place!
