Friendly vibe, good customer service, hair colouring is quality, staff listen and understand customers wants/needs and staff know what they are talking about (good industry knowledge/ product knowledge) and able to make confident decisions when the customer asks for advice or isn't sure on something.
Tori is well beyond her years when it comes to knowledge and ability. Very impressed both times.
